Work across technical boundaries

Customer environments often combine Internet, DNS, servers, email, telephony and site technology. We take responsibility for the agreed scope and coordinate interfaces to internal teams or other suppliers.

Support cases can be escalated to the technicians who operate the affected platforms and networks.

Infrastructure we operate

Web hosting, reseller hosting and server services run on platforms administered by our technical team. For Internet and hosting services, we use our own IP resources where the product allows it.

Local access networks and individual components may come from partners. connectionpoint remains the customer-facing service provider.
