Agree responsibilities before ordering
We operate the web and reseller hosting platform. For VPS and dedicated servers, responsibility for the operating system, updates, applications and backup depends on the agreed scope.
The allocation is recorded in the quotation or order so that support responsibilities are clear later.
Migrating existing systems
We plan moves of websites, hosting accounts and servers together with DNS, databases, mail, certificates, IP addresses and external dependencies.
