Internet & connectivity
Internet access for residential and business customers.
We supply connections in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Other locations are assessed individually. The available access network is combined with our IP and network infrastructure where we have direct control.
The location determines the access method
We check the address, building and available networks. Depending on the site, the service may use fibre, conventional fixed-line access, mobile access or another suitable connection.
An Internet connection using an access method available at the location.
Static IPv4 addresses, IPv6, routed prefixes and requirements beyond a typical residential service.
A second connection or access technology for locations that should not depend on one circuit.
Routers, firewalls and Wi-Fi can be included in the design.
Network operation above the last mile
The physical access circuit comes from a local network operator, depending on the address. Above that last mile, we operate our own IP resources, routing and central network components where the selected service permits it.
Routing and addressing issues can therefore be escalated directly to our technical team.
